RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We hope you love your purchase. Each piece is made to ensure that you get the best . However, if at all you received a damaged or incorrect item, please connect to us immediately on thelivinbeing@gmail.com

If you received a damaged or incorrect order we will refund your entire amount. Please connect with your order number and an image of the issue within 3 days from date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the garment must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging .

If it is a sizing issue, we will offer you an exchange for a different size on the same product. 

Any exchange / return request raised after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

We do not offer any exchange or return on discounted items. We hold the right to not accept a return incase the product is used, altered or damaged by the customer.

All our products are hand crafted with so much love and following made-to-order pattern . They undergo stringent quality check before being shipped . We encourage you to get in touch with us if you have any questions about the garment, we will make sure to send you enough images and information about the product. 

Once your request has been raised we will review and process a refund . The amount reflect in your account in 7-10 business days, from the day it has been processed. 

— Cancellation —

If you wish to cancel your order, you must reach out to us within 24 hours of placing the order. Soon after the order is received , the garment goes into production. If the cancellation request is received any later than 24 hours after the order is placed, the production process will already be under way and we will be unable to process your request .
